Dear Community Members,

The Penngrove Social Firemen, Penngrove Cares, and the Downtown Merchants invite you to a community meeting on Thursday, April 24th at 6:00 p.m. at the PSF Clubhouse to discuss the proposed DR24-0005 project. The club house is located at 385 Woodward Ave in Penngrove.

Introduction –

Project DRH24-005 is planned for Penngrove on APN 047-166-055 (located between Penngrove Station and Soap Cauldron)
1,384sf Retail Space & 12 units (2 affordable) on a .25 (.1765 acre) with 20’ easement parcel.
This is a Builder’ Remedy project and is not bound by most zoning requirements

Meeting Structure

20 Minutes to applicant
10 minutes for the following groups:
- Downtown Merchants
- PSF
- Penngrove Cares
- PAPAC
30-60 minutes reserved for QUESTIONS

Martin Sessi, Applicant – 20 minutes

Traffic – Excessive now, a problem now, will only increase
Solid Waste –A commercial dumpster cannot be serviced in the area.
Emergency Services – Tight quarter to provide life saving measures
