Dear Penngrove Community Members,
I wanted to inform you that Permit Sonoma has received, and deemed complete, an application for a townhome-style condominium housing development at 220 Hatchery Road, Penngrove. The next step is to determine whether the project is consistent or inconsistent with planning policies and standards within 30 days of the application's completion. As you may be aware, consistency determination is a formal assessment that evaluates if a proposed activity complies with established legal policies and regulations. I have attached a copy of the completeness letter for your review.
While it is early to discuss specific details of the project, I understand the community's interest in development projects. I will continue to track this project and notify you of any public meetings once that information becomes available.
